• Due to the nature of the services provided by OBC, absolutely no refunds are offered under any circumstances.
• OBC will make reasonable efforts to show results in the form of increased traffic and conversions, however, no results are guaranteed. OBC is not responsible for any decrease in traffic or conversions as a direct or indirect result of any modifications or changes made by OBC.
• As necessary, OBC may require assistance or direction from the customer. If OBC is unable to obtain such information, every reasonable effort will be made to estimate or complete the listed task. As such, the tasks listed for the time period will be considered completed and subscription payment earned. OBC will not undo or redo any labor that was completed as a result of the inability to contact customer.
• OBC does not provide programming or coding changes. In the event a task requires such labor, customer is solely responsible for utilizing their own developer to complete the task. OBC is not financially responsible for the completion of such tasks.

• All items within your selected page will be completed on a monthly basis where applicable and possible
• Content Creation Customers –  Content creation will be added each month
• Social Media Management Customers – Social media posting will be completed each month for the next month
• Unless specified, customer must provide products, services, events, venues, locations, etc. for marketing by the 20th of each month for the upcoming marketing campaign
• No Refunds
• Due to the nature of the SEO/SEM work there are no Guarantees on results only on work to be done.
